The conventional analysis method is a method of examining the mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and other parts of a CNC machine tool in order to identify the cause of defects. The conventional analysis method on CNC machine tools usually includes the following content:
1. Check if the standards of the power supply (including voltage, frequency, phase sequence, capacity, etc.) meet the requirements;
2. Check if the connection between CNC servo drive, spindle drive, motor, and input/output signals is correct and reliable;
3. Check whether the printed circuit board inside the CNC servo drive and other equipment is securely installed, and whether the connection parts are loose;
4. Check if the setting end and potentiometer of CNC servo drive, spindle drive, and other parts are set and adjusted correctly;
5. Check whether the oil pressure, air pressure, and other parameters of hydraulic, pneumatic, and smooth components meet the requirements of the machine tool;
6. Check for obvious damage to electrical components and mechanical components, etc.
